3) Clean and replace the air filter element regularly.
4) Ensure that the engine is well lubricated. Check the quantity and quality of the oil frequently, and clean the oil filter in time.

If the cylinder wear exceeds the allowable limit, or there are serious scratches, grooves and pits on the cylinder wall, the cylinder should be boring and repaired according to the repair level, and the piston and piston ring with an enlarged size corresponding to the cylinder should be selected. To restore the correct geometry and normal clearance. The calculation formula for the repair size of the cylinder is as follows:
Repair size = maximum cylinder diameter + boring and honing allowance
The allowance for boring and honing is generally 0.10-0.20mm. The calculated repair size should be compared with the repair grade. If it is consistent with a certain repair grade, it can be repaired according to a certain grade: If it does not match the repair grade, for example, the calculated repair size is between the two repair grades In between, the cylinder should be repaired according to the largest number of repair stages.
If the cylinder wear exceeds the maximum first-class repair size, the cylinder liner should be installed.

When replacing the piston and cylinder liner of the engine, as long as one cylinder needs to be bored, honed or replaced, the remaining cylinders should be bored, honed or replaced at the same time to maintain the consistency of the work of each cylinder of the engine.
How to check the cylinder
In addition to checking the cylinder wall for scratches and damage, the diameter of the cylinder must be measured to calculate the roundness and cylindricity of the cylinder.
(1) Install and proofread cylinder gauge
1) Choose a suitable extension rod according to the standard size of the cylinder to be tested, and after installing it, do not tighten the fixing nut temporarily.
2) Adjust the outer diameter micrometer to the standard size of the cylinder to be tested, and put the installed cylinder gauge into the micrometer.
3) Turn the connecting rod slightly to make the pointer of the cylinder meter turn about 2mm, align the pointer to the zero position of the scale, and tighten the fixing nut of the connecting rod. In order to make the measurement correct, repeat the zero calibration once.
(2) Measuring method
1) Using the cylinder gauge, hold the heat insulation sleeve with one hand, and hold the lower part of the tube near the body with the other hand.
2) Take the movable measuring rod of the cylinder gauge after proofreading in two directions parallel to the axis of the crankshaft and perpendicular to it, and take three positions (sections) up, middle and down along the axis of the cylinder to measure a total of six values. ,as the picture shows:
3) When measuring, keep the movable measuring rod of the cylinder gauge perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder for accurate measurement. When the needle of the front and rear swing cylinder gauge indicates the smallest number, it means that the movable measuring rod is perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder.
