Q1:What is the standard of your ACE pneumatic cylinder tube’s mold?
A:Our ACE pneumatic cylinder aluminium profile mold is designed according to the ISO21287 standard. It is also the main standard for ACE cylinders on the market.
Q2:What is the ISO21287 standard?
A:ISO 21287 was published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in July 2004 and was last reviewed and confirmed in 2023.
This standard establishes a metric series of single-rod pneumatic compact cylinders with bore diameters ranging from 20 mm to 100 mm, designed for a maximum working pressure of 1000 kPa (10 bar), with or without magnetic functionality. The cylinders in this series are not equipped with adjustable cushioning, so their application is limited to systems where adjustable cushioning is not required.
Q3:What are the advantages of ACE cylinders
A:The ACE series cylinder adopts international standards, and the advantages are very obvious: (1) The cylinder body connects with the threads of the front and back cover, forming high strength and convenient maintenance.(2)The internal diameter of the body is treated with rolling followed by the treatment of hard anodizing, forming an excellent abrasion resistance and durability.(3)The seal of piston adopts heterogeneous two-way seal structure. It has compact dimension and the function of oil reservation.(4)Compact structure can effectively save fifty percent installation space with ISO15552 standard cylinder.(5)There are magnetic switch slots around the cylinder body, which is convenient to install inducting switch.(6)Bumper is available and it can availably absorb excrescent energy.(7)Installing accessories with various specifications are optional.

A:The production of ACE cylinder requires ACE pneumatic cylinder barrel, C45 steel piston rod and ACE cylinder kit (cylinder end cover, piston, seal ring)

A:The biggest bore size of ACE pneumatic cylinder tube is IDφ125MM.The smallest bore size of ACE cylinder tube is IDφ16MM.
Q6:What is the length of your ACE tube
A:The standard size of our DNC cylinder tube is 2.2M,For packaging and shipping reasons, this length is better
